Do not take at night or you will not sleep. and takin' names, but I really just mean managing. My body feels better and I can actually move around and do things. I was on Cymbalta for about a year. sometimes to the point were you just don't care if your house work gets done or not. A car door would close outside and I would freak out. My muscles were twitching and I felt irregular tingling throughout my body. the anxiety has gotten worse and feel more depressed and disconected,like in a daze. Blood pressure is back to normal, cut down on the inderal to 20 mg a day.

I'm 15, and have been tried on every anti-psychotic and anti-depressant on the market. After the first 60mg dose i started having nausea some hours later. So, I have gone through all of the ups and downs for the last 15 years (not to mention withdrawals) for nothing!! Hopefully, now I will get the help I need now for the ADD and I will NEVER take another SSRI as long as I live. Precautions To Consider When Taking Cymbalta I've been on a once a day 30 mg dose of Cymbalta for about 8 months now. Eat lots of fresh fruit and fiber - apples are great, it helps, but please, when you feel your mouth dryness, get some fluid in.
